During the surface Pre-treatment, preparation is done by the removal of all foreign particles & rust, giving a layer of phosphate for good adhesion of paint.
Pre-treatment is done by following the process of dipping in tanks of 3000 mm (long) x 1100 mm (wide) and 1200 mm (deep) with the help of electric hoist of 3 ton capacity running over the tanks.
